Project Background

Shenzhen Wongtee Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd. is a quality enterprise with the core business of real estate development under Wongtee Group. With the mission to build the hundreds of classic residence, the company advocates the future residence quality life, and dedicated to become a leading real estate brand enterprise inChinawith the core competitiveness.

GangxiaWongteeMansion(tentative name) is a key project invested and developed by Shenzhen Wongtee Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd. in Shenzhen Futian CBD. The project is located in the intersection(northeast corner) between Fuhua Roadand Jintian Roadin Shenzhen Futian with the total site area of 7891.8m2, GFA of 122,500 m2, total height of250m and the main function of office and commerce.

Tender Contents

The tender design content is the conceptual design scheme of Gangxia Wongtee Mansion

Tender Method and Rule

The tender is open for the world. All the applicants shall have experiences in high-rise building, including the one under construction or built. Those who have the design experience in high-rise buildings of over 200 meters will have the priority. No requirement forChina’s Grade A Design Certificate.

In the qualification review, 4 invited institutions will be selected as well as 1 alternatives. If any invited team quit, the alternative one will join in order.

The final scheme review meeting will be conducted with the method of secret vote evaluation, and an optimal scheme will be selected. In principal, the unit will be the successful bidder.

If the successful bidder gives up the tender, and can not perform the contract for the force majeure, the organizer shall consult with the tender evaluation committee to determine other scheme design unit as the successful bidder.

For those design units participating in the tender while not evaluated as the optimal unit, after submitting the achievement document complying with the design requirement, he will achieve the design compensation fee.

Enrollment Requirement and Condition

1.The design institution with super high-rise design experience at home and abroad can enroll, while the individual and individual organization are not permitted to enroll.

2.The enrollment documents shall include:

Sign-up form

Brief introduction of the institution ,related achievement and official reference.

Photo copy of Business license/Qualification Certificate (or Business Registration Certificate) (stamped or signed).

Work Program: work schedule on the team member list, cooperation mode, design phases and etc.

3.The enrolled unit shall submit the above enrollment documents according to the tender document requirements (1 electronic CD, 1 paper document), and submit to the organizer before the deadline of the enrollment.

4.As for each signed up organization, architects for this project should be registered in its HEADQUATER; the chaired architect should be the one who has been chaired in similar projects, and He/she must be working for the whole process of  this project.

5.Within 2 days after receiving “tender invitation”, the invited design unit shall submit the formal “tender confirmation” to the organizer to confirm the tender.

Tender Design Compensation Fee

1.Design compensation fee: The design compensation fee of the successful bidder shall be contained in the design contract for the next stage signed by both parties. If the tender achievement document submitted by other design units is effective after the review, each unit will achieve the design compensation of $50,000.

2.The payment procedure for the design compensation fee shall be conducted after the publicity of the final tender review result. The organizer shall sign the agreement with the invited design unit and the successful bidder to pay the design compensation fee.

3.The tax of above design compensation fee shall be assumed by the design unit.

4.All costs for the design unit participating in the tender shall be assumed by themselves.

Contract  Scope

The organizer shall consult with the successful bidder to determine the contract scope and specific design contents, and the organizer shall designate the construction drawing design unit to cooperate with the successful bidder team.

Schedule

Beijingtime shall prevail for all marking times.

1.Time of signing up: July 8,2013-July 22,2013(before 5:00 pm)

The design unit attending the enrollment shall submit the enrollment document to the organizer before the deadline (See contact information)

2.Qualification review meeting: initially determined on July24, 2013

3.Public the qualification review result: initially determined before 5:00pm on July25, 2013

4.Submit the tender confirmation: initially determined before 5:00pm on July 29, 2013

The project does not unified organize the survey, and it shall be conducted by each tender unit themselves. The organizer shall issue the design task book for the invited tender unit through email, and the invited tender unit shall timely connect with the organizer.

5.Follow-up Q&A: July 30, 2013- August 20, 2013

The tender unit can propose the consulting problem through phone, mail, fax and others.

6.Deadline for the submission of tender achievement document: 5:00pm on August 30, 2013

The tender design unit shall submit the final tender achievement document to the organizer before the deadline, and the actual receiving date shall prevail. The overdue shall be regarded as a waiver, nor participate the follow-up review activity of the tender activity.

7.Final scheme review meeting: initially determined on September 2, 2013. The meeting location is to be determined.

8.The publicity of review result: initially determined on September 3, 2013
