Qualification Review Meeting of the International Design Competition of Headquarter Building for Small and Medium Enterprises was held in the 15^th Floor conference room of Guangchang Building on September 4, 2012. The jury was composed of 6 experts and 1 client representative. The jury had discussed deeply on 36 applicants’ registration files. After 4 round votes, 6 namelisted tenderers and 4 alternatives were selected. And the whole meeting was under the supervision of Urban Planning, Land and Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality.

6 namelisted tenderers were as follows （without order）:
