The Qualification Review Results of the International Design Competition of China Resources Headquarter Shenzhen Bay Mixed Development Project was held in the conference room of the Hotel Kapok Shenzhen Bay on September 28, 2012. The jury was made up of 5 experts and 2 client representatives. And the jury had discussed deeply on 83 applicants’ registration files（48 applicants for Item A and 35 applicants for Item B）. After 3 round votes, 5 namelisted tenderers and 3 alternatives were selected respectively for Item A and Item B. And the whole meeting was under the supervision of Urban Planning, Land and Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality.

Notes for the site visit meeting:

The site visit meeting will be held in 21st Floor of Hotel Kapok Shenzhen Bay on October 9, 2012.

The namelisted tenderers of each item for the site visit meeting should be no more than 5 in principle. Besides, please submit the official Participation Confirmation with signature and stamp on it while attending the meeting（Please see Annex ）。

The notice is in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two languages, The Chinese version shall prevail.
