On April 28, 2016，the Evaluation Meeting of Concept Proposals for the Open Competition of the Multi-Dimensional Space Planning for Bao’an G107 Fashion Business Zone, organized by the People’s Government of Bao’an District and the Urban Planning,  Land and Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, undertaken by Bao’an Administration, was held at the Meeting Room D, Floor 2, Main Building, Taohuayuan Science & Technology Innovation Park, Xixiang Sub-district, Bao’an District. The election panel was constituted by eleven experts from Beijing, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

The election panel reviewed all the application documents and concept proposals. According to the disclosed voting result, six design firms that had most votes are:

Consortium: China Academy of Urban Planning & Design & MLA+ B.V. & Shenzhen Municipal Design & Research Institute Co Ltd;

Consortium: Guangdong Urban & Rural Planning and Design Institute & Albrecht & Partner, Architektur, Munich & Shenzhen Nanshan Science and Technology Office & Shenzhen Urban Transportation Planning & Design Institute & Shanghai Qiantan New Emerging Industry Center (IDSS).

According to the Working Rules of this Open Competition, the aforementioned six design firms will be invited to take part in the next stage.According to Article 15.8 in the Working Rules, Those  applicants, who are not invited but intent to take part in the next stage of this Open Competition, shall inform the Undertaker by 17:00, May 6, 2016, for we need to arrange the coming site visit and Q & A, etc.
