The Prequalification Meeting of the Public Consultation on the Planning and Design of Xixiang Coastal Town, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, jointly undertaken by Bao’an Administration of the Urban Planning, Land and Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality and Xixiang Sub-district Office of Bao’an District, Shenzhen, was held in Meeting Room 302, Bao’an Administration on August 27^nd, 2016. The jury panel was constituted by nine experts from Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

The jury panel read and carried out discussion and evaluation on all the application documents and project proposals submitted by the registered design firms (including consortiums, similarly hereinafter). According to the disclosed scoring result, four design firms are selected to issue the formal invitation to formulate the design scheme (in no particular order):

Consortium: Guangdong Urban & Rural Planning and Design Institute & MLA+ B.V.

Consortium: Beijing Institute of Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd & Guangzhou Urban Planning & Design Studio & SRT Design Group

Consortium: Shenzhen LAY-OUT Planning Consultants Ltd. & The Architectural Design Institute of Zhejiang Institute of Building Research Co., Ltd.

We will issue the Invitation to Formulate the Design Scheme to the selected four firms. Furthermore, we will organize the Site Visit & Clarification meeting on August 9^th, 2016.
