In order to realize the development concept of “Vertical, Green and Future City”, Shenzhen Bao’an District Committee and District Government have decided to construct a world first-class internet plus sci-tech city, whose site is located within Dachan Bay in Bao’an District, facing Qianhai Cooperation Zone and Bao’an Central Area across the bay, with a planning area of 1.32 km2 and the total floor area of about 2.65 million m2. The planned land uses of this project are for new emerging industries, third-class residential and business services (M0+R3+C), while the other land uses are for infrastructure (U1), white (WH), and roads (S2).

To build Shenzhen Internet Plus Future Sci-tech City into a classic urban architecture with international standard and national leading level, the People’s Government of Bao’an District, Shenzhen is planning to organize an international competition of the urban design and architectural concept design for this project.

All global design firms and consortiums with relevant experiences are welcomed to register for this international competition, while personal registration won’t be accepted.
