On August 4, 2018, the Prequalification Meeting of the International Consultation on the Urban Design of Zhongshan Cuiheng Science City was held in Zhongshan, which was organized by the Management Committee of Zhongshan Cuiheng New District and undertaken by the Public Construction Bureau of Zhongshan Cuiheng New District. The jury panel of prequalification was constituted by nine experts from areas of urban planning & design, architectural design and etc. The jury panel read and carried out discussion and evaluation on all the application documents submitted by registered design firms. According to the disclosed voting result, six invited design firms (including consortiums, similarly hereinafter) and two alternatives are as follows:
