The Review Meeting of Urban Design Optimization of Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base was held on November the 26th, 2018, at the Museum of Contemporary Art and Planning Exhibition (MOCAPE). The jury team comprises 7 experts (Alejandro Zaera-Polo, Meng Jianmin, Meng Yan, Wei-Yang Chiu, Stephen Spence, Sou Fujimoto, Rocco Yim), and Rocco Yim is the chairman of jury members.
The review was held in open bid. The jury team carefully reviewed and compared the design proposals submitted by 15 design teams (including consortiums). The deliverables from 15 design teams all meet the consulting requirements. After discussion and voting, the jury team recommend three winners as follows:
