The Evaluation Conference on Final Deliverables for the International Consultation on the Urban Design of Shenzhen Railway Station and Luohu Port Area, which was jointly organized by the Luohu District People’s Government of Shenzhen Municipality and Urban Planning, Land & Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, has been held recently. During the conference, the jury panel composed of 9 (nine) experts from such fields as urban planning, architectural design and transportation planning, carried out a review on the final deliverables submitted by the 6 (six) invited design teams. After disclosed ballots amid thorough review and meticulous discussion and evaluation, the 9 (nine) jurors reached a consensus on the 6 (six) schemes and the evaluation result is as follows:

First-Prize Winner: Scheme D: China Academy of Urban Planning and Design & NIKKEN SEKKEI LTD. & Shenzhen Urban Transport Planning Center Co., Ltd. & China Railway Design Corporation;

Second-Prize Winner: Scheme F: Arup International Consultants (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. & Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co., Ltd.;

Third-Prize Winner: Scheme E: HELLER MANUS INC. & URBANSPACE Planning & Architectural Design Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen) &　China Railway Siyuan Survey and Design Group Co., Ltd.;

Fourth-Prize Winner: Scheme B: Urbanus Architecture & Design, Shenzhen & Shenzhen New Land Tool Consultants Pte. Ltd. & Shenzhen Ingame Office Ltd. & NODE Office Ltd.;

Fifth-Prize Winners: Scheme A and Scheme C
