The Prequalification Review Meeting of Xin Qiao Smart and Innovation City (tentative name)：Urban Design Competition of Key Urban Renewal Units in East Xinqiao Area was held on February the 22th, 2019, in Room 204, Shenzhen Planning Building, No.8009 Hongli West Road, Futian District, Shenzhen. The review committee comprises 5 experts (Huang Weiwen, Liu Heng, Li Shu, Wang Dongyu, Zou Bing), and Zou Bing is the chairman of committee members.


The review is held in open bid. The committee reviews and compares the registration documents submitted by all design teams. After 6 rounds of voting, the committee selected 6 design teams as shortlisted. The shortlisted design teams are listed as follows (in no particular order):
