On July 22nd, 2019, International Consultation for Detailed Planning of Xiaomeisha Coastal Zone prequalification review meeting took place in Room 203, Shenzhen Planning Building, No.8009 Hongli West Road, Futian District, Shenzhen. The review committee contains 6 experts (Gao Shang, Guo Xiaoli, Yang Wenwu, Yu Xingguang, Zheng Wei, Zhu Rongyuan), and one representative from the organizer (Qiu Gang). Mr. Zhu Rongyuan was the leader of the committee.

The review committee carefully reviewed, compared and discussed the conceptual proposals and registration documents submitted by 36 design teams. Through four rounds of vote, 6 teams are shortlisted.
