The Proposal Evaluation Meeting of International Consultation for Integrated Urban Design of Yanzihu Area was held on January the 10th, 2020, at the Pingshan Yanzi Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center （Room of  5&6  on the second floor of Grand Skylight International Hotel Shenzhen Pingshan Conference）. Jury team comprises 9 experts（Cui Kai、Joel Chan、Chris Hardie、Dong Gong、Li Xiaojiang、Lu Zhongxiao、Leonard Ng、Philip Coxall、Shek Hak Chuen Danny）, and Cui Kai is the chairman of jury members.

The meeting was held in open bid. The jury team carefully reviewed and compared the design proposals submitted by 8 design teams (including consortiums，listed in attachment). The deliverables from 8 design teams all meet the consulting requirements. After discussion and voting, the jury team recommend three winners.

3rd Place：Architectural Design & Research Institute of  SCUT Co.,Ltd + Ai+ Architecture LLC
