The Scheme Review Meeting of the International Planning and Design Competition for the Slow Traffic System of Hongshan Cross-railway Section in Shenzhen North Station CBD, was held in Longhua District, Shenzhen on Dec. 20, 2019, which was hosted by the People's Government of Longhua District, Shenzhen, and organized by Shenzhen Longhua District Construction & Promotion Center for Major Regions, Longhua District Urban Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, and Government Investment Projects Preliminary Work Management Center of Shenzhen Longhua District (Rail Transit Construction Management Center). 7 experts in areas of urban planning, architecture, structure, landscape, and bridge, etc., were invited to constitute the jury panel. They read, carried out discussion & evaluation on the schemes submitted by the five invited firms and one voluntary firm, and selected the following three winning schemes (with no ranking) by disclosed ballots:

· Consortium: Shenzhen Fangcheng Architectural Design Consultants Co., Ltd. & Beijing General Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd.
