The prequalification meeting of the International Consulting on the Urban Design of the Central Area of Guangming Science City was held in Room 205 of the Planning Mansion on October 11, 2019. The jury was made up of 7 experts (Fei Xiaohua, Hong Liangping, Li Ming, Walter Wang, Wu Wenyuan, Zhou Jin, Zhu Rongyuan). And Zhu Rongyuan was the chairman of the jury. The jury studied the prequalification documents of the 51 applicants. After deep discussion, through 5 rounds of open votes the jury selected 10 shortlisted competitors into the competition and 2 alternatives in order who will enter the competition by order if any of the 10 competitors quits.
