The Prequalification Review Meeting of International Consultation for Landscape Design of Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base (Central Green Axis and the Base Area) was held on December 9, 2019, in 2nd Floor, Urban Exhibition Hall, Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base. The review committee comprises 7 experts(Meng Jianmin , Zhang Yuxing , Satoshi Ohashi , Lim Wanfung , Shan Liang , Stone Shen , Dou Zhang) , and Meng Jianmin is the chairman of committee members.

The committee reviewed and compared the registration documents & Concept Proposals submitted by all design teams. the committee selected 8 Design teams as shortlisted and two alternative candidates as follows:
