2020年3月9日下午，大运新城城市新客厅世茂深港国际中心公共配套及绿地地块国际竞赛定标会在龙岗区迎宾馆3楼会议厅举行。会议分别听取了MVRDV建筑事务所和AECOM艾奕康设计与咨询（深圳）有限公司的汇报，最终MVRDV建筑事务所的“深圳露台”设计方案获得第一名。
