Supplement to the Pre-Qualification Document

To the bidders:

According to the relevant provisions of the Pre-Qualification Document, the tenderee has the right to clarify, supplement and give explanation to the contents of the Pre-Qualification Document within the prescribed time limit. If there is any inconsistency between the supplementary, the Q&A and the Pre-Qualification Document and the announcement, the supplementary and the Q&A shall prevail.

1、Language of the Application Document for the Pre-qualification

The contents of Item 16 Language, Part I - Instruction to Bidders in the Pre-Qualification Document " The legal official language for this tender pre-qualification is Chinese. Other languages in all documents required to be submitted shall be translated in Chinese, with any inconsistency between the two versions subject to the Chinese version", now has been amended as：

“The legal official language for this tender pre-qualification is Chinese. All documents required to be submitted shall be in both Chinese and English, with any inconsistency between the two versions subject to the Chinese version”.

2、Preparation of the Project Proposal (Draft Concept)

The contents of Preparation of the Project Proposal (Draft Concept), Part III Pre-Qualification Application Document Formats in the Pre-Qualification Document " The project proposal (draft concept) requires A3 format with no more than 3 pages of content (printed on one side, cover or back cover can be added, submitted in both Chinese and English). All documents shall be made in 7 sets affixed with official seal", now has been amended as：

“The project proposal (draft concept) shall be in both Chinese and English of A3 format with no more than 3 pages(excluding the covers) of content, printed on one side, All documents shall be made in 7 sets affixed with official seal”.

3、Requirements on Project Experience

Company Ability, Part II Pre-Qualification Review Guide in the Pre-Qualification Document “Achievements provided by bidders (joint group leading member or joining member) shall meet the following requirements: in the past five years (from January 1, 2014, under construction and built) experience in conceptual planning design of the whole plot of science and technology, experiment, teaching and research, industry campus and other parks. It is recommended to provide performance scale covering an area of no less than 500,000 square meters.

Project name, scale (gross floor area), design content involved, main renderings and master plans or photos, and scanned copies of key pages (to show the contract name, design content and scale, design stage, contract signing time, and contract page for signature or seal) of design contracts shall be provided. Other achievement certificates or descriptions (if any):

(1) the project won the corresponding national or foreign professional awards;

(2) description of BIM application design;

Note: (1) The total number of project achievements provided by the bidder applicant does not exceed 3, if not, only the first 3 items shall be taken.

(2) all overseas documents shall be provided in both Chinese and English”, now has been amended as：
