Supplementary Document of Pre-Qualification Document of International Bidding of Architectural SD for Overall Renovation of Shenzhen Working People’s Cultural Palace

This document supplements about the Prequalification Document of International Bidding of Architectural SD for Overall Renovation of Shenzhen Working People’s Cultural Palace issued on December 17, 2019. If there is any inconsistency between the original Tender Document and this document, the latter shall prevail. Bidders please submit bidding documents accordingly.

In response to China's State Council's notice on extending the Lunar New Year holiday to February 2 and Guangdong Province’s notice on returning to work after February 9, the deadline of prequalification stage is now extended as follows: the original deadline for filling in the application information is before 17:00 on February 21, 2020, and it is planned to be extended to before 17:00 on March 6, 2020; the deadline for registration on the Transaction Platform and submission of Prequalification Documents is before 17:00 on February 28, 2020, it is planned to extend to before 17:00 on March 20, 2020.

The timetable in the Prequalification Document will be postponed accordingly. Subject to announcement at Shenzhen Construction Project Transaction Service Net.

Urgent Notice on the Extension of Prequalification Stage of International Bidding of Architectural SD for Overall Renovation of Shenzhen Working People’s Cultural Palace

Based on the current situation of novel coronavirus in China and its prevention and control, China’s State Council has officially announced that the Lunar New Year holiday will be extended to February 2 across the country. In addition, Guangdong Province announced that it will delay resumption of work to after February 9. Therefore, the deadline of Prequalification stage is now extended as follows:

the original deadline for filling in the application information is before 17:00 on February 7, 2020, and it is planned to be extended to before 17:00 on February 21, 2020; the deadline for registration on the Transaction Platform and submission of prequalification documents is Before 17:00 on February 14, 2020, it is planned to extend to before 17:00 on February 28, 2020. Subject to announcement at Shenzhen Construction Project Transaction Service Net.
