Supplementary Document (IV) to the International Tender for the Architectural Design of the First Projects in Shenzhen Park of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone (Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation Integrated Service Center)(Construction Project No.：44030420190187001001)

Dear Bidders,

We now supplement the tendering of this project as follows. For any inconsistencies between this document and the pre-qualification document, the contents in this document shall prevail.

1.Because of the epidemic, considering Notice of Guangdong Provincial People’s Government on Work Resumption and School Opening Time and the relevant announcements made by other regional government, we decide to postpone the deadline of the tendering of this project to 18:00 March 6, 2020, the deadline of the question raising is postponed to 18:00 March 3, 2020, while the deadline of question answering is postponed to 18:00 March 4, 2020.

2.Because of the epidemic and according to the requirement of relevant national policy documents, in addition to submitting the pre-qualification application documents on-site, bidders can also choose to submit such documents via mail. Bidders shall make sure the mail arrives at the designated receiving location before the deadline. The ones not arriving on time will not be accepted by the staff. If the documents cannot arrive at the designated location on time because of the express delivery or other problems, the consequences shall be borne by the bidders. (Please send the tracking number of the express delivery to the recipient after mailing.)

3.Since the questions raised by the bidders and the supplementary document from the tenderee of this project need to be operated via bidding/tendering CA certificate of Shenzhen Construction Project Transaction Service Centre, the bidders who do not have CA Certificate should apply for the CA Certificate ASAP, in order not to affect the bidders submitting questions and reviewing the supplementary documents. In case of the consortium bidding, it can be handled by the leading member only.

Extension Announcement on the Timetable Adjustment of International Tender for the Architectural Design of the First Projects in Shenzhen Park of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone (Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation Integrated Service Center)

In response to China’s State Council’s notice on extending the Lunar New Year holiday to February 2 and Guangdong Province’s notice on returning to work after February 9, we decide to adjust the Timetable of International Tender for the Architectural Design of the First Projects in Shenzhen Park of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone (Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation Integrated Service Center) accordingly. The deadline for submitting the prequalification application materials has been adjusted from before 17:00 on February 10, 2020 to before 17:00 on February 17, 2020. For details of the adjusted competition timetable, please refer to the attachment.
