Supplementary Announcement on the Solicitation for the Conceptual Design of Shenzhen Airport East Integrated Transport Hub and the Architectural Design of the Main Building

According to the decision made by Shenzhen Municipal Government, the original Terminals A, B & D will be demolished and rebuilt, and their design will be included in the Solicitation for the Conceptual Design of Shenzhen Airport East Integrated Transport Hub and the Architectural Design of the Main Building. Based on the Prequalification Document of the Solicitation for the Conceptual Design of Shenzhen Airport East Integrated Transport Hub and the Architectural Design of the Main Building released on March 6, 2020, we hereby update relevant contents such as the query deadline, budget of design contract, design compensation, and design task, etc.

Query deadline: it will be changed from 17:00, April 20, 2020 to 17:00, April 24, 2020;

The budget of design contract: it will be changed from RMB Seventy-nine Million Yuan (¥79,000,000) (tax included) to RMB One Hundred and Thirteen Million Yuan (¥113,000,000) (tax included);

Design compensation: originally, the 1st place could win the design contract and receive the fee of design integration and detailing of RMB Two Million Yuan (¥2,000,000), which shall include the fee for organizing follow-up integration and detailing workshops (not exceeding 3 times); the 2nd place could receive design compensation of RMB Three Million Yuan (¥3,000,000); the 3rd place could receive design compensation of RMB Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Yuan (¥2,600,000); for the 4th and 5th places, each could receive design compensation of RMB One Million Five Hundred Thousand Yuan (¥1,500,000); for the 6th and 7th places, each could receive design compensation of RMB One Million Two Hundred Thousand Yuan (¥1,200,000); and the special transportation award was RMB One Million Five Hundred Thousand Yuan (¥1,500,000). Now, they are changed as follows: the 1st place can win the design contract and receive the fee of design integration and detailing of RMB Two Million One Hundred Thousand Yuan (¥2,100,000), which shall include the fee for organizing follow-up design integration and detailing workshops (not exceeding 3 times); for the 2nd and 3rd places, each can receive design compensation of RMB Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Yuan (¥3,500,000); for the 4th and 5th places, each can receive design compensation of RMB Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Yuan (¥2,300,000); for the 6th and 7th places, each can receive design compensation of RMB One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Yuan (¥1,800,000); and the special transportation award is RMB One Million Yuan (¥1,000,000).

Design task: the original one included three main parts, i.e., "the architectural design of the integrated transport hub and its superstructure", "the architectural concept design of the hub area" and "the comprehensive transportation planning". Now they are changed into "the architectural design of the east terminal area, the integrated transport hub and its superstructure", "the urban design of the hub area", and "the comprehensive transportation planning".

All bidders shall submit their bidding documents, subject to the Prequalification Document of the Solicitation for the Conceptual Design of Shenzhen Airport East Integrated Transport Hub and the Architectural Design of the Main Building (Updated Version).

Announcement on the Extension of Prequalification Stage of the Solicitation for the Conceptual Design of Shenzhen Airport East Integrated Transport Hub and the Architectural Design of the Main Building

According to the decision made by Shenzhen Municipal Government, the demolition and reconstruction of terminals A, B & D will be included in this Solicitation for the Airport East Integrated Transport Hub Project. In view of this change, the deadlines concerning the Prequalification Stage of this Solicitation are now extended as follows: the original query deadline is before 17:00 on March 19, 2020, and now it is extended to before 17:00 on April 20, 2020; the original answering deadline is before 17:00 on March 27, 2020, and now it is extended to before 17:00 on May 6, 2020;the original deadline for filling in the registration information is before 17:00 on April 7, 2020, and now it is extended to before 17:00 on May 15, 2020; the deadline for registration on the Transaction Platform and submission of registration documents is before 17:00 on April 10, 2020, and now it is extended to before 17:00 on May 18, 2020.
