Announcement on Prequalification Results of the International Consultation on Schematic Design of the Central Park and Green Axis, Dongguan International Business Area

The prequalification of the International Consultation on Schematic Design of the Central Park and Green Axis, Dongguan International Business Area, organized by the Construction Headquarters of Dongguan Central Area and Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources, was completed on April 11, and the results are as follows:

Five Invited Firms (in no particular order):

• Consortium: LOLA LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS & TALLER ARCHITECTS & LAND+CIVILIZATION COMPOSITIONS;
• Consortium: RAMBOLL STUDIO DREISEITL PTE. LTD. & faborsociety;
• SWA Group;
• Consortium: AGENCE TER & Shanghai Urban Planning and Design Research Institute;
• HASSELL Limited.

Two Alternatives (If any invited firm quits, the alternatives shall replace it in order):

First Alternative: Consortium: Beijing Turenscape Urban Planning and Design Co., Ltd. & Institut Franco-chinois d'Architecture et de Développement Durable Urbain et Rural, IFADUR;

Second Alternative: Consortium: MLA+B.V. & Guangzhou Landscape Planning and Design Institute.
