Announcement on the Prequalification Results of the International Competition of Architectural Scheme Design for Shenshan Industrial Internet Manufacturing Innovation Park

On Jul. 8, 2020, the Prequalification Meeting of the International Competition of Architectural Scheme Design for Shenshan Industrial Internet Manufacturing Innovation Park, organized by Guangdong Shenshan Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., was held in Futian District, Shenzhen. The jury panel of prequalification was constituted by 7 experts in areas of urban planning & design and architectural design. They read and carried out discussion & evaluation on all the registration documents submitted by 45 applicants (including consortiums). According to the disclosed voting result, 5 shortlisted teams and two ranked alternatives are as follows:

5 Shortlisted Teams (In no particular order):

• Shenzhen General Institute of Architectural Design and Research Co., Ltd. & DLR Group INC & DLR Group (Shanghai) Architectural Design Consulting Co., Ltd.;

• China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Corp.Ltd. & Gensler Architecture Design Firm (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.;

• Shenzhen CAPOL International & Associates Co., Ltd. & CAN DESIGN LIMITED;

• China International Engineering Design & Consulting Co., Ltd. & INBO Architectural Design Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.;

• S.Y. Technology Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. & Shenzhen Yichuang International Design Co,.Ltd. & Shenzhen Infinite Architectural Design Co. Ltd.

Alternatives (If any shortlisted team quits, the alternatives shall replace it in order):

First Alternative: Baumschlager Eberle Hong Kong Limited & A+E Design Co.,Ltd.;

Second Alternative: Century (Shanghai) Inc.
