The Prequalification Meeting of International Consultation on the Project of Hot Springs Island, Xiangshan Bay, hosted by Zhongshan Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and organized by Guangdong Urban & Rural Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd., was held in Zhongshan City on Oct. 25, 2021. The prequalification committee was constituted by 7 invited experts in areas of architectural design, urban planning and landscape design, etc. They read and carried out discussion & evaluation on all the registration documents submitted by applicants. According to the disclosed voting result, 5 invited teams (including consortium) and 2 ranked alternatives are as follows:
