The project is located at Guiwan clusters, Shenzhen-Hong Kong modern service industry cooperation zone in Qianhai, on the east of Yihai Avenue and south of No.9 Chuangye Road, with planned roads on its east and south. The total land area is 23906㎡ whereas the 3986 ㎡ land for railway is not planned for use for the moment and will be planned after railway suspension.
1.Project Positioning
In this project, it is planned to introduce a school with more than 1400 years’ history, which is one of the most prestigious school in UK and the oldest school in Europe. Based on the illustrious history and outstanding achievement, the school is committed to promoting global education in the 21st century in an all-round way.
It aims to build a high-standard and high-level ‘modern school’ that uses advanced teaching philosophy and can reflect Qianhai's ecology, greenness, smartness, and intelligence.
2.Project Scale
In this project, the total land area is 23906㎡, and the 3986㎡ of railway land use is not for construction. The total floor area included in FAR is approximately 29900㎡; the detailed requirement of area of functional space refers to Design Brief and the Primary and Middle School Construction Standard Guidelines in Nanshan District.
1.Work Scope at the bidding stage includes but not limited to: Architectural Concept Design, Master planning design, Conceptual landscape design, and other work contents stipulated in the Design Brief.
2.Work Scope of the bid winner but not limited to: Deepening stage of conceptual architectural design, architectural scheme design, architectural design development, design development of the architectural elevation, performing construction documentation review, construction administration, provision of design technical disclosure, review and cooperation with the special designs of other disciplines (including but not limited to the followings: landscape design, lighting design, and interior design, etc.), responsible and cooperation with the SD approval and other work contents stipulated in the Tender Document.

This project is only open to the invited bidders.
(1) The bidder should submit deliverables in conformance with the Design Brief to be reviewed by the committee using a disclosed ballot method to select the top two bidders (no rank) and the third, the fourth and fifth deliverables (ranked). The review committee will give optimization opinions to the top two bidders.
(2) Each bidder is only allowed to submit one copy of deliverable.

The upper limit of the total design fee of this project is temporarily set to be RMB 450 million (including tax). Based on the relevant charge standard of China, the tenderee will have business negotiations with the bid winner, and sign the contract at the final negotiation price. The signing party shall assume all the responsibilities, rights and obligations of the contract. The design scope includes but not limited to:
The conceptual architectural design and the relevant master planning; the conceptual interior design of important area; the conceptual landscape design, and other work contents stipulated in the Design Brief.
