International Consultation on Urban Design for Central Waterfront Area of Maozhou River, Guangming District, Shenzhen Publicity of Evaluation Result

On January 11, 2024, the design evaluation meeting of the International Consultation on Urban Design for Central Waterfront Area of Maozhou River, Guangming District, Shenzhen was convened at the Exhibition Center of Guangming Science City. The International Consultation is jointly hosted by Guangming District People’s Government of Shenzhen Municipality and the Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, and organized by Guangming Administration of Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality as a measure to fully realize the strategic value of the Central Waterfront Area and meet the requirements for high-quality urban development and image.

The Evaluation Committee formed by seven industry experts, namely, Tang Kai、He Fang、Chen Yixin、Shan Liang、Zhu Tao、Zhang Zhiyang、Stephan Rewolle, debriefed the presentations made by the eight design teams. After reviewing and discussing all the design submissions, the Evaluation Committee finalized three winning proposals (without ranking).

Publicity period: January 12 - 14, 2024.

Should there be any objections to the evaluation result, please raise your objection in writing or by email during the publicity period (subject to the receipt time of the written material or email), together with necessary proof and valid contact information. The objections must be objective and true, and the corresponding objection materials shall be stamped with the official seal of the objecting organization or bear the real name signature, ID number and contact number of the objecting individual.
