The Prequalification Meeting of International Competition for the Corridor Design of Jiaoyi Bay Slow Traffic System in Dongguan Binhaiwan Bay Area, hosted by Dongguan Binhaiwan Bay Area Management Committee, and organized by the Natural Resources Bureau and Engineering Construction Center of Dongguan Binhaiwan Bay Area, was held in Dongguan Bay Area, in the afternoon of Sept. 27, 2023. The Prequalification Panel was constituted by 5 invited experts in areas of urban planning and design, architecture design and landscape, etc., and 2 representatives from the host. They read and carried out discussion & evaluation on all the registration documents submitted by design teams (including consortium, same as below). According to the disclosed voting results, 8 shortlisted design teams for the subsequent design competition and 2 ranked alternatives are as follows:

2 alternatives (If any shortlisted design team quits, the alternatives will replace it in order.):

First alternative:SJarch（厦门斯蒂杰斯普建筑设计有限公司）& 中铁大桥勘测设计院集团有限公司联合体；

Second alternative:AAUPC CHAVANNES & ASSOCIES（法国AAUPC建筑规划事务所）。
