The scheme review meeting of Design Tender for New Construction Project of Culture and Sports Center in the GBAIC City was held on September 19, 2024. The scheme review Jury consisted of 8 experts: Cheng Hang, Hu Qian, Lin Yi, Marco Belcastro, Ni Yang, Wang Xingfa, Xiao Cheng, Zhong Qiao (listed in alphabetical order by surname), and a representative from the tenderee, Zeng Weibo. The Jury unanimously elected Ni Yang as the chairperson.

The review method of this project is "sealed bid evaluation and open ballot (elimination round-by-round)". The Jury conducted detailed evaluations and discussions on the bidding documents submitted by the 7 bidders that entered the evaluation stage, in accordance with the requirements of the tender documents, and put forward their respective opinions and suggestions. After 3 rounds of voting, totaling 3 votes, the Jury unanimously recommended the following 3 bidders as the unranked bid candidates.
