Welcome to the Official Website of the Shenzhen Center for Design (hereinafter referred to as the SCD Official Website or the Website). Before registration, please peruse and understand all the provisions of the Rules for Design Team Registration at the Official Website of the Shenzhen Center for Design (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Rules). The design teams must fully accept all terms and conditions of the Registration Rules and follow the relevant prompts to complete the registration procedure. The registration shall be deemed as voluntary acceptance of all provisions and contents herein.

1. The rights to own and operate the SCD Official Website resides in the SCD.
2. During registration, clicking “agree” shall mean full acceptance of all provisions and contents of the Registration Rules.
3. The effectiveness of the Registration Rules is limited to the SCD Official Website. All behaviors of the design teams at the Website are subject to the Registration Rules.
4. The Website is entitled to amend the Registration Rules when necessary without prior notice. Those who use the Website after such amendment shall be deemed to have accepted the amended version of the Registration Rules.
5. The SCD reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate part or all of the web services at any time without notifying the design teams. The design team shall acknowledge the right of the SCD to modify or suspend the services, and SCD shall not be held liable to the design team or any third party.

1. The design team may register an account with its own Email and password. In the event that the SCD is involved in any litigation, arbitration, administrative penalty or third-party claim due to the design team’s registration or use of the account, the SCD shall have the right to claim compensation from the design team for the loss, including but not limited to litigation costs, attorney fees, investigation and evidence collection costs, arbitration fees, administrative fines and third-party claims arising from litigation and arbitration, and the design team shall be held fully liable. In addition, each design team shall be fully liable for all activities and events in its account.
2. The design team may change the password of its account at any time. In case of any illegal use or any security loophole in the account, as may be noted by the SCD or the design team, the SCD will immediately close the account and investigate the issue, while the design team shall promptly conduct self-investigation, report the results in writing to the SCD and cooperate on correction efforts.
3. After completing the registration procedure, the design team obtains the right to use the account. The user shall have the right to, following the prompts, choose whether or not to provide and complete its personal information. If the user chooses not to provide or complete its personal information, its use of the Website may be subject to certain restrictions. The Website shall not assume any liabilities for problem caused by false or non-updated registration information.

1. The Website will not disclose user information to or share user information with any unrelated third party, unless:
1.1 It has obtained prior authorization from the design team;
1.2 Such disclosure or sharing is required by relevant laws, regulations, or legal procedures;
1.3 Such disclosure or sharing is required by relevant government authorities;
1.4 Such disclosure or sharing is for the benefits of the public;
1.5 Such disclosure or sharing is for the legal rights and interests of the SCD;
1.6 The SCD may cooperate with a third party to provide relevant web services to the design teams. In such case, if such third party agrees to assume the liabilities for protecting the privacy of design teams equal to those the SCD assumes, the SCD shall have the right to provide the third party with the registration information of design teams and other information without assuming any liabilities therefor;
1.7 Without disclosing the private information of any single design team, the SCD shall have the right to analyze the entire database of design teams and use the database for non-commercial purposes.

When using the services, the design team shall abide by local, national and international laws applicable to the corresponding services. The design team hereby represents and guarantees that:
1. Its behaviors on the Website shall comply with Chinese laws and regulations, and it shall not make, copy, publish or disseminate the following information on the Website or by using the services of the Website:
  (a) Information against the basic principles established in the Constitution;
  (b) Information that endangers national security, divulges state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
  (c) Information that damages national honor and interests;
  (d) Information that incites ethnic hatred and ethnic discrimination, and undermines ethnic unity;
  (e) Information that destroys national religious policies and propagates heresies and feudal superstition;
  (f) Information that spreads rumors, disrupts social order, and undermines social stability;
  (g) Information that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, and terror, or abets a crime;
  (h) Information that insults or slanders others and infringes upon legal rights and interests of others;
  (i) Information that contains other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
2. It shall abide by the laws and regulations of other relevant countries and regions and the International Law when using the services of the Website.
3. It shall not engage in the following activities by using the services of the Website:
  (a) Entering computer information network or using computer information network resources without permission;
  (b) Deleting, modifying or adding computer information network functions without permission;
  (c) Deleting, modifying or adding the data and applications stored, processed or transmitted in computer information network without permission;
  (d) Deliberately making and spreading computer viruses or other destructive programs;
  (e) Other behaviors endangering the security of computer information network.
4. It shall not interfere with the services of the Website in any way.
5. It shall abide by all other rules and procedures of the Website.
If the design team fails to abide by the above provisions, the Website shall have the right to unilaterally take measures such as restricting the use and terminating the user account without notice, and the design team shall assume legal liabilities for its own behaviors.

1. The design team and the SCD agree that any dispute in connection with the Registration Rules or arising from the use of the services of the Website shall be settled by both parties through consultation. If consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration for arbitration.
2. If any provision of the Registration Rules is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason, the remaining provisions of the Registration Rules shall remain in force and binding.
