Building height or layer: ≤ 200m.

The independent institution must require with independent legal qualification from mainland China. For the competition, all the invited design companies must have the experiences in high-rise design in mainland China (including under construction and completed), also provides the Grade A qualification of China’s construction engineering design.

Two selected proposals will be recommended to the tenderee from commission. Based on the assessment results and the consideration of the cost、technique and business negotiations, the successful tenderer will be confirm and announced in the bidding result date.

The client will conduct the business negotiations with the winner according to the relevant charging standards of China and sign the design contract on the final negotiated price.

Reasonable and adequate compensation would be provided to those invited bidders who fails in the final tender while has been selected and recommend to the tenderee, would receive 150,000.00 RMB as compensation fee. The invited bidders who has not be recommend to the tenderee, would also receive 100,000.00 RMB as compensation fee. However, others would not be receiving any compensation fee.
