Announcement on the Bid Evaluation Results of the Solicitation for the Conceptual Design of Shenzhen Guangmingcheng Integrated Transport Hub and the Architectural Design of the Main Building

On Aug. 3, 2020, the Bid Evaluation Meeting of the Solicitation for the Conceptual Design of Shenzhen Guangmingcheng Integrated Transport Hub and the Architectural Design of the Main Building, hosted by China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, organized by Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd., was held in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. The jury panel was constituted by 10 experts in areas of urban planning & design, architectural design, transportation, railway and station design, as well as project development and business planning, and 1 representative from the tenderee. They read and carried out discussion & evaluation on the schemes submitted by the 5 shortlisted teams, and by adopting open ballots in rounds, they selected 2 recommended schemes (without ranking) and ranked the 3rd to 5th places. The results are as follows:
