SUMMARY：

The miraculous growth of Shenzhen and its problems along with urbanization have always attracted scholars at home and abroad to engage in extensive research. However, these research results, ideas and theories were barely discussed deeply in Shenzhen, failing to provide references for policymakers or serve as an instructive knowledge tank for the public. Nowadays, city dwellers have an increasing demand for exploring real problems around them. Establishing an effective platform for public communication and sharing is essential for urban cultural construction. In this context, the concept of "ROUNDTABLE" came into being. The accumulated experience of the Shenzhen Center for Design in the process of platform construction and promotion over the years can be used as the cornerstone for the establishment of the ROUNDTABLE, a new city image brand, with the hope of making contributions to the cultural creation, dissemination and accumulation of Shenzhen.
