葛礼德博士是香港的环境专家，拥有20年以上的专业顾问和学术经验。在香港大学获得淡水生态学博士学位后，他开始从事环境咨询工作。曾在香港、上海、新加坡和印度德利工作，负责项目广泛涉及环境规划，影响评估和监控，生物多样性管理和栖息地创建以及可持续城市设计。葛礼德目前担任AECOM香港执行董事，并负责大中华地区的生态环境规划和其相关的基础设施工程工作。

Dr. David Gallacher is an environmental specialist based in Hong Kong with over 20 years academic and professional experience. After gaining his PhD in freshwater ecology at Hong Kong University, he began working in environmental consultancy. He has been based in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Dehli, working on a wide range of project types including environmental planning, impact assessment and monitoring, biodiversity management and habitat creation, and sustainable urban design. David is currently an Executive Director with AECOM Hong Kong, and is leading the environmental design of planning and infrastructure works across the Greater China region.
