SUMMARY：
This forum introduced 2040 Barcelona Strategic Planning, including the following contents: social metropolis construction, urban renewal strategies, urban axis planning and construction, public transportation system, non-motorized transportation, connection of green space and commercial facilities, public housing development, public facilities with characteristcs, urban space construction in the pedestrian dimension, urban re-naturalization, smart city, and low-carbon city.
比森特•瓜利亚尔特 Vicente Guallart
比森特·瓜利亚尔特担任西班牙巴塞罗那市总规划师（2011-2015）期间，负责制定巴塞罗那城市转型战略蓝图及主要项目开发。作为巴塞罗那城市人居（Urban Habitat）部门的首位负责人，综合管辖城市规划、住房、环境、基础设施和信息技术等部门。瓜里亚尔特先生认为：21 世纪的城市是全球与本地、现实与虚拟世界交织的复合空间。城市规划是多学科协同创新的最佳平台。新型的城市规划将融合城市基建与气候环境，整合能源、资源、能量在城市内外的转换。用循环经济的理念让城市自给自足，这就是“都市主义 2.0”。
瓜利亚尔特先生创办了全球前沿的建筑学研究生院——加泰罗尼亚高等建筑学院（IAAC），并主持了“媒体屋”（Media House）（与麻省理工学院比特与原子研究中心合作）及“数字化制造住宅”（Fab Lab House）等项目。
瓜里亚尔特建筑事务所的项目包括台湾富基渔港、基隆港、西班牙巴伦西亚 Sociopolis 社区和 Gandia 共享社区等。他的作品在威尼斯双年展、纽约现代艺术博物馆以及华盛顿 AIA 展出。
