SUMMARY：

Small & Smart Design Competition is initiated by Design Center for Shenzhen and advocates solving problems of living environment with less cost. For both competition organizers and participating designers, Small & Smart Design Competition is a new attempt, thus designers' effort of transforming a community can be seen as an "adventure". Since its launch, Small & Smart have been held in three communities, namely Nantou, Lixin and Longling. The 129th Cool Chat invited the three representatives (competition organizers, designers, residents) of the first two communities to talk about (complain) problems during the competition.
