SUMMARY：

On January 29th, the launching ceremony and first expert seminar of Sino-Foreign Experts Advisory Committee for Planning and Development of Guangming Phoenix Town, sponsored by Guangming District Management Committee, undertaken by Office of New Town Development of Guangming District, and co-orgainzed by Shenzhen Center for Design, was held in the multi-function hall of the Guangming District Management Committee. Experts and scholars from urban planning and design, low-carbon eco-city development and other fields participated in the seminar, and actively contributed ideas and suggestions for the development and construction of Guangming Phoenix Town.
