SUMMARY：

This year marked the first anniversary of Shenzhen Center for Design. Over the year, we had been exploring the possibility as a public platform as we stumbled on the road of promoting urban design. Several active public institutions in Shenzhen, namely Architectural Development Communication Center (ATU), Fatbird Theatre, Riptide Collective and Shenzhen Fringe Organizing Committee were invited to this Cool Chat and discussed the growth process, experience, confusion and future plan of different kinds of public institutions with "Growth Diary of Public Institutions" as the theme.
