Xinqiang Community, Guangming Street was undoubtedly a typical case of the unbalanced development of marginal communities in the rapid urban development of Shenzhen. Problems of the community involved land expropriation and transfer, ecological control line, poverty, population, infrastructure, etc. Based on the project conducted by community planners, long-term observation and study of this community was conducive to the in-depth understanding of community problems in Shenzhen and recording the economic and social changes of key grassroots in Shenzhen.
