SUMMARY：

We hope that this exhibition and the accompanying seminars and workshops can be an important starting point for the exploration of the use of heritage resources and new models of urban renewal. We are looking forward to the participation of more research and practice institutions as well as professionals in the exploration of new heritage and new value. We believe that, through continuous exploration and practice of the theories and methods of new heritage and new value, we can solve the problem of China's increasingly criticized problem of "every city looks the same", the dramatical changes in rural area, and the confidence in urban and rural design and construction.
