SUMMARY：

On January 19th, the seminar for comprehensive regulation of Jiaochangwei B&B was hosted at Value Factory UABB (former Guangdong Float Glass Factory), where a heated discussion was held among representatives of Urban Planning, Land & Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, owners, architects and staff at Shenzhen Center for Design. After visiting the exhibition hall, architects and owners were expected to employ the methods of "restoring the old as it once was" and other means apart from large-scale demolition and construction to maintain its architectural texture.
