Despite complaints such as the heat in the library, leakage of rain in the concert hall, etc., people still came to these places. In this sense, these buildings did transform the lifestyle of citizens, and achieve their goal，which was to enrich people's choices for leisure, bring a new form of lifestyle and slowly change people's values."

At the same time, persons in charge of the two buildings projects talked about the problems and feelings in using and managing them.
