In combination with experts' suggestions given in the first workshop of Guangming New New Town, we intended to establish a new three-dimensional transportation city  - “multi-ground city” (tentative) in the Guangming gateway region. The original intention of this model was to get rid of the high dependence of existing travel on automobiles, and reduce the environmental impact, terrain damage and investment waste brought about by the prioritized construction of automobile roads. The three-dimensional traffic organization disintegrated the functions undertaken by the existing ground floor into multiple grounds, such as the ground floor as a green space for rest, the second floor for the municipal infrastructures, the third floor for slow transportation such as bicycle and walking and the fourth floor for track system... For the implementation of this model, we needed to consider the following issues.
