SUMMARY:

In the middle of April, the project “Lezhu Castle: Workshop on the Spatial Diversity and Commonality of kindergartens” started . This project was jointly launched by the construction unit—the Bureau of Public Works of Shenzhen Municipality, the use unit—the Shenzhen Experimental Preschool Education Group, and the Shenzhen Center for Design (respectively the “Bureau of Public Works”, “Preschool Education Group” and “Design Center” for short). Designers were recruited to conduct research on 11 kindergartens facing upgrading challenges through surveys, seminars, and public events, so as to improve the overall environment of kindergartens.
