SUMMARY：

In order to spark a more in-depth and extensive discussion on the construction of oceans and cities, and to attract the attention and engagement of the public to the construction of marine cities, the organizer initiated the first Shenzhen Marine City Forum, based on Shenzhen New Marine City Urban Design Competition. The Forum invited top experts at home and abroad to have academic exchanges on facilitating Shenzhen to grow into a leading marine city in the world. It specially invited Willy Müller, CEO of Barcelona Regional, and Lim Wan Fung, former President of The Hong Kong Institute of Architects, to share ideas on the concept of coastal city development and urban design under the global climate change. Presided by Zhang Zhiyang, founding architect of INgAmE Design Consulting co., ltd, the Forum was a stage for discussion on building Shenzhen into a leading marine city in the future.
