SUMMARY:

Office of Urban Design, Urban Planning, Land & Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality launched the" Q City" project to optimize the form, function, environment, taste, civilization and competitiveness of the city through a series of projects closely related to Shenzhen's urban development and public services. The focus has shifted from environment construction to both environment construction and quality improvement. The project was aimed at strengthening the humanized design and artistic transformation of urban architectures while vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization.
