SUMMARY:

The research cluster workshop of Shenzhen construction project has put in enormous efforts, including field investigation, project start-up session, idea exchange session, conceptual scheme review session, seminar on overall planning and design. Meanwhile, the needs of all concerned parties have been collected through widespread participation. Based on the planning and construction design formulated by Sun Yat-sen University, Shenzhen Center for Design has proposed a conceptual design scheme and summarizes the following principles as guidance for tendering and bidding.
