Under the existing urban construction research framework of Guangming New District, combined with the industrial characteristics and needs of supporting facilities of Guangming New City, the research aims at improving the planning connection between urban demand and parcel development, forming an urban design guide with strong operability and high practicability, and ensuring smooth application of the guide to the development unit.
